| Zeke's surgery went very well. When he woke up from surgery he was not a happy camper. He was fighting like crazy trying to pull off his bandages. This picture is a few hours after surgery. He wouldn't lay down to go sleep, silly boy. Last night when we put him to bed he fell asleep sitting up because he didn't want to lay down and throughout the night he was sitting up sleeping. He got out of surgery around 12:15 and we didn't get home until after 9 p.m. because they had to make sure he could keep liquids down. He wouldn't drink any clear liquids though, not even jello or a popsicle or a slushy. He only wanted milk or chocolate milk. He did drink some chocolate milk but threw it all up. Around 8 he finally drank some more chocolate milk and he kept it down so we got to leave shortly after. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Everything went as planned and we are very grateful.

oh alex, hooray!!! So glad things went well..... hopefully he keeps those liquids down and can catch up on sleep!! :)
What a sweet little picture of Zekey. We sure love the little guy! Hope he is doing well, and has a fast recovery. Wish we could be there to see him and give him hugs. Love you!
I'm so happy everything went well and that Zeke is doing good! Drake's excited to visit him so lemme know when he's up for a visit.
Oh i love that little guy! He was so funny after the hospital... so loopy! Glad he is doing well!
